The 38th Bomb Wing


NOTICE : During the 38th Bomb Wing (France) Association's reunion in Sacramento, CA, June 23, 2010  the Association's Board of Director's received a motion that the 38th invite former members of the 66th TAC RECON Wing  that served from 1958 to 1967 at Laon Air Base, to join together and thereby enjoy mutual comradeship, receive all benefits of the 38th Association membership and attend the 38th reunions. This motion was passed unanimously by all members in attendance.

The LAON SENTINEL Lives

Jerry Black, a former Laon Airman, assigned to the 822nd Bomb Sqdn, at Laon AFB, has kept alive the local base newspaper. Jerry covers the 38th Bomb Wing Association & its members with the latest news on current events.
   
Jerry is looking to contact the members of our association to locate as many of the 38th Bomb Wing dependents that were at Laon during the years 1952 to 1959. He wants to give them an opportunity to become associate members of the 38th Bomb Wing Association and attend reunions.
