Dear Friends,
Hope you all had a great Independence Day.
Already 6 months since the last issue of this Newsletter, the time is
running fast !
Already 9 years since the birth of this website when Tom Laseter created it !
9 years of good and bad news, 9 years of joys and sorrows, 9 years of life
and of friendship.
I will post soon reports of recent reunions and visits and will make some
changes to this site that should make it easier to visit.
My wife Suzanne and I had again a
wonderful trip in April, and we even got 5 extra days thanks to the Iceland
volcano.
Again, we could meet several of you ; and again we could not meet all those
we would have liked to meet. A good reason for other trips during the next
coming years.
Many of you know that I have a
Facebook page and that I created also a "Laon AB 1952-1967" group. It is a
good place for sharing news and photos instantly.
Remember
: the base is going to be left by the French Army
and will be totally dismantled within the next two
years. If you want to see it again, do not wait !
And do not forget that I can help you
to organize your trip and your staying and, for as long as it is still
possible, the visit of the base.

individual) messages are returned to me as "spam" with the mention "blocked
for abuse" by several providers, so that I can no longer reach
several of you.
Some providers don't let yourself decide what is good for you to receive or not...!
So, the only solution I found is to post now my collective messages onto this page.
